Apartment of 36m2 for 2 to 4 persons, on the first floor of a private house, with a living room and one bedroom. It is situated in Le Conquet and it is in a very good location, just 250m from the beach. It provides a beautiful view of the sea from the living room. The apartment has been entirely renovated in 2013.
You will have a living room with 1 sofa bed, a TV, a dining area with table and 4 chairs, a kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven, glass ceramic cooktop, microwave, washing machine and coffee maker. The house has one room with a comfy bed of 140 and a bathroom with shower ; separate toilet.
We are happy to welcome your pet but please contact us at booking via email or phone. Water and 100Kwh electricity are included during summer. Actual electricity consumption during winter.
From this house, you have access to a covered, warmed and shared swimming pool. You also have access to a children playground area, a workout area and to a library. The place is situated near the coast (150m) and you can enjoy the beach with fine and white sand and beautiful sights. In addition, it is close to all commodities (12mn by foot). It is also close to Le Conquet harbour from which you can take a boat to OUESSANT and MOLENE islands.

Lovely 55m2 house with shared swimming pool situated in a very calm environment for 4 to 8 persons (3 bedrooms). 3km from the beach, touristic activities, nautical center, hiking trails. 1,5km from the town center and all commodities. Semi-detached house with a private access overlooking a wooden terrace with patio furniture, facing west light. The 5x10m swimming pool is heated from May to September. A locked gate secures it and it is shared with the other two cottages. A barbecue is also shared with the two other cottages.
